Hairstylist’s Headsheet Journal
[ Currently unavailable. More copies coming soon! ]
These photos are examples of how I take my notes on my own Hairstylist Headsheet Journal. Drawing out information and my thoughts has helped organize, process, and remember them better. I draw them all out in my “aha notebook”. I’ve had it with me at the salon, in classes, when I study, when I brainstorm, and when I practice. Because that practice helped me so much, I created this to share with you.
This hairstylist’s headsheet journal was made with you in my heart. Each page has 6 head groups that comprise of 5 different perspectives of the head. Trace the perspective of the head that you'd like to use from each head group. Use all head groups in a page, skip some groups, or use multiple pages. Draw your hair idea in a general way or in chronological order. Draw the full process or just a part of it. Use it to document, brainstorm, process, plan and dream. I added a dot grid on it too so you can get the benefits of a bullet journal with it. This is your journal. You don't have to diagram or take notes the same way others do. Be you, be creative, use it in a way that works best for you. :)
