Are you a visual learner too?

I’d love to nerd-out with you!

introphoto.JPEG

Could you relate to any of these?

• You feel anxious when cutting hair

• You worry about being asked to do a haircut that you are unfamiliar with

• You are tired of memorizing haircuts

• You want to move away from relying on texturizing and “winging-it”

• You want to start designing and creating customized haircuts for your clients.

You are not alone!

That was me too! I graduated not knowing how to cut hair.

I memorized haircuts from:

hands-on classes, demos, hair shows, videos etc.

Then, I memorize theory like:

angles, terms, definitions, rules, catchy phrases, etc.

Things improved significantly for me when I took the time and effort to actually “understand” theory.

In this class, you’ll learn haircutting by actually seeingtheory …and not by just taking my word for it! :)

Learn from:

  • String and ribbon visuals

  • Photos and graphics

  • interactive workbook (in-person class only)

  • 2D animations

  • 3D animations and more!

It will be a total fun nerd-out session for us visual learners!!! :)

Theory

I. Design: You’ll learn how to design the perfect haircut for a client based on their:

• face shape

• head shape

• hair type

• life style etc.

II. Mechanics: Then, you’ll learn different ways to execute your design.

Hands-on

My favorite part!!! It’s because I get to prove to you that YOU GOT THIS and that you are way smarter than you think you are!

I’ll give a hypothetical consultation. Using what you’ve learned, the class will tell me what design the haircut should be. Then, you guys will tell me how to do each step in the haircut.

I’ll demo the haircut that we come up with on a mannequin. I’ll share 2D and 3D animations so you can see the mechanics of the haircut even clearer.

We’ll execute the haircut together on our mannequins. I’ll go around giving tips, assisting, and answering questions. :)

* Virtual classes: See ticket page for more specific info on what this portion will look like.

Who is this class for?

People from all over the US and the world have take this class

• cosmetology students

• new stylists

• stylists with over 35+ years of experience

• product company educators

• independent educators

• cosmetology teachers

• barbers etc.

This class is for anyone who wants to dive deeper into creating instead of following, copying, and memorizing. It is for stylists who are self-motivated and willing to invest time and effort in independent study and practice after the class.

Who is this class not for?

We all have different goals, current priorities and we are in different seasons in life. So there’s seriously nothing wrong if you can relate with any of the following:

• You just want someone to tell you how to do a haircut step-by-step

• You just want to learn a specific haircut

• You are not able to or not interested in making the time and effort to study and practice outside of the class.

I do hope that I get the opportunity to meet you later on! :)
